Danis’ procedures and experience resulted in accurate cost forecasting and detailed cost tracking which allowed the project to maximize the patient experience while still coming in under budget.
Danis Building Construction was instrumental in coordinating the construction of Springfield's replacement facility for two community hospitals that merged operations. For construction on the actual facility, Danis made sure that proper MEP commissioning and water testing were done, along with Joint Commissioning pre-inspection and third party Fire Protection and Code review to ensure the safety of all who would be using the hospital. To maintain a safe and operational site while being built in the heart of downtown, Danis was heavily involved in community outreach, local participation, and coordinating with both the City and the adjacent businesses and residents, allowing the Springfield community to be a part of the construction process. Prefabrication, safety programs and self-performed work on site all helped to mitigate delays and Danis was able to complete the projects 10 weeks early.
